I worked at PC Club as a Computer Sales and Service person for several years.  I previously worked for CompUSA as a Sales Assistant in the Upgrade Center. My position at both stores requires assisting customers with purchases, answering customer hardware and software questions and making recommendations for their computer systems. I regularly assist the technicians in the service department with diagnosing and repair of computer systems. I was working for EVGA (they make video cards and other computer hardware) in the Technical Support Department and QA/QC Department. I am currently working for a tech support company providing customer assistance for infected computers.

I have used computers on a daily basis for many years.  I have upgraded and configured our home computers and those of friends. I set up and maintain a network for our home computers. I can diagnose and rectify just about any problem on a Windows computer. I have many diagnostic software programs to aid in this endeavor. I am proficient in a number of software applications including Windows 95/98/ME, 2000, XP, Vista and 7, Word 2003 & 2007, PhotoShop and several graphics and games programs. I read articles about computer hardware and software daily and am conversant with all the latest information. I am also knowledgeable about a variety of other consumer electronic products. I am currently studying to obtain my Cisco Networking Certification and degree in Computer Science.
